Chandler was born and raised in North Carolina and attended the conservatory UNCSA earning a BFA in Cinematography.  He shot several short films which played in the Austin Film Festival, Denver Film Festival, and Telluride, among others.

He currently resides in New York City as a commercial DIT working on large commercials and advertisements. He is also an owner/operator of his ARRI Alexa shooting music videos, commercials, and short films.
